Welcome to the request form information page. On this page you will find a
step by step guideline to properly fill out the request form provided on my sets.
Unfortunately, through time many requests have been rejected due to minor mistakes. I am hoping this page can prevent future mistakes and I am able to fulfill all future requests.

No copyright violation is intended on this site. Most of the images,
photos, music, ect. have been taken from sites on the internet with
no downloading restrictions and/or allowed their work to be used in
webdesigns. Credit has been given to the best of my ability where
credit is due. If there is something on my site that you own or I've
mistakenly not given proper credit, please email me and I'll remove
it immediately upon request, or if you would agree to keep it on my
site, I will provide a link to your site and proper credit will be given
right away.
Please note that websets will be occasionally moved
to the old sets requests page to make space for
new sets. Here you can only view sets by thumbnails.
If you would like to request the zipfile to one of these
sets, fill out the request form with valid information
and I will email you the entire zipfile. Remember to
input the title to the webset you are requesting. Same
rules from my Terms of Use applies to the old sets.
